Most orders to the US arrive duty-free under the de minimis threshold. EU/UK customers may be charged local VAT at delivery depending on current rules — this is collected by the carrier, not by us.

30 days, unworn, in original packaging with the certificate card — full refund, no questions. Email us first and we will send the return label instructions.

Elastic fatigue happens with daily wear. Within 90 days we restring free of charge — you cover postage to us, we cover the rest. After 90 days, restringing is a flat $8.

Keep stones away from perfumes, chlorine and prolonged direct sun (amethyst and rose quartz can fade). Roll the bracelet over your hand rather than stretching the elastic. Store in the pouch it arrived in.

Brief rinsing is fine for quartz family stones (amethyst, citrine, clear & smoky quartz, agate, carnelian, tiger's eye). Avoid soaking lapis lazuli — it is porous. When in doubt, wipe with a soft dry cloth.
